Will the team, please kindly, answer more questions about the PS3 version?

Hey everyone, I have noticed that the team of developers at 2KMarin have only fielded questions about the industry. Please start filling us in on the game itself, since its only a few months off apparently...!

1) What is the planned release window or date.

2) Can you be more specific about new content that will be added.

3) In what ways will the games graphic be improved.

4) Will their be new difficulty levels or modes.

5) Will the Bluray format be utilized, by including master lossless audio and music for Bioshock PS3?

You might have missed it, but 2K Liz said that they won't be answering many questions yet. Certain things must be announced (E3 starts Monday July 14), and the PS3 team isn't fully online with the forums yet. But of course some of them are here reading and responding in whichever way they are allowed to.

So hang in there for those answers.

Should have my PS3 before October, so shouldn't be missing out. I will certainly watch this Monday. I guess from what he said, the new features are EXCLUSIVE. Poor 360 and PC only gamers, which includes me right now. No more content for us I guess. Maybe we just have to wait and see.

To be honest I haven't truely played Bioshock. I mean I basically stayed up all night beating the game at my friend sleep over and basically fell in love with the game. Unfortantley I had a PS3 and I knew know way, no how my parents would loan me money to buy a 360. So us PS3 people deserve that exclusive content we've been basically waiting for a year, and I think all the extras are fair compensation.....//

You don't "deserve" anything. It was a 360/PC only game. It was exclusive. Now you find out you get a version of the game, but that isn't good enough? You feel that you deserve something on top of the content that was supposed to be exclusive to PC/360?

Just appreciate that they are even giving you a version, and don't say you deserve something for getting a former exclusive. Besides, ports always take time, so don't even mention that you have been waiting a year. Time is need to make a quality port.

That is a nice and more appreciative answer. The content is now known to be PS3 exclusive.

It just bothers me that some aren't so grateful about BioShock even coming to PS3. They seem more upset about it coming then they were before when they thought it was never coming.

I just get bothered when people aren't glad 2K is doing this port for them. Especially with some new content. I am not telling them they are wrong, nor do I mean to sound disrespectful. Thanks I suppose. I completely understand people wanting exclusive content, but saying that the players "deserve" it out of this dev team is strong and a little negative.
I hope I see some more people coming to these forums with an "anything 2K's offers is better than nothing" attitude.

Suddenly!!! After a year, your parents say, you can get the puppy soon. An even cuter breed than your friend's. This is great news, no? So I would expect it to be treated with excitement and gratefulness. The parents didn't owe the kid a puppy. They owed the kid shelter food, and a decent life- which they have given so far. The kid doesn't deserve the puppy, but the parent's were kind enough to decide to get him something he enjoys. That is enough. But to make it a cuter breed is great. Kid should be really happy, even after a year. He still wanted the puppy.

That is how I sort of think of this BioShock situation.

I chose a puppy because I have always wanted one. I still wish my parents would just change their minds. Oh well, I will at least be gettin a PS3 for the new content soon.
