There's no cheats, just cheap strategies with which you can win.

If there were cheats for previous civ games, then more then likely this one would too.

The previous civs' all had a map editor with which you could cheat. This one doesn't have such a thing, and usually Console games (apart from the usual - GTA) tend not to have as many cheats as console games.
