I don't like to say bad things about other players but this guy is a real bad sport, he is now resorting to coming into my ranked games and sits there and does not ready up just so I cannot play. This player has already been perma-banned from the Xbox forums for bad language and ban dodging and is now resorting to childish harassment. For now there is not much I can do since I can't boot him and he is following me into newly created games.

All I can do is warn others to avoid this player.

How does he follow you into games? I've only played one Player match so I don't know how the system works.

Thank you. Basically when you make a ranked game the system will match you with whoever else is waiting, not many are waiting at the moment so really the only game up was mine, and once you join a game you press A to say your ready, he would come into the game and just sit there for 5-10 min and not ready up, I would leave, make a new game and same thing would happen.

Looks for the moment he has stopped, I filed a complaint with XBL and hopefully this is not something I will have to put up with again.

I am just after some good games with some great players and this guy is doing everything in his power to ruin the game for me, it's getting to the point that I'm questioning if it's worth continuing to play online.

Yeah you are right, he is doing same thing again tonight... he will never learn, cant wait till this gets out in US and hopefully there will be so many games I will not have to have anything to do with him.

Whatever it's stupid to play about 15 hours to be first, it's not strategy or can play, it's only want to be first using all way, as cheating, playing 24 hours, wait 60 seconds to make the enemy disconnect (because it becomes boring), etc..

Most people on the top of the leaderboards are like him. Only play that one game, play for about 15 hours a day, either use cheats or use tactics that result in the quickest and easiest win no matter how cheap they are, and basically have very little to no skill.

while this stuff may be true, a player's conduct on another forum isn't this forum's business.

i will not allow trash talking of forum members on this forum, and i don't like threads about forum members in specific, and that's why i'm closing this down.

if a forum member conducts himself poorly here, please link me in PM to the post, and i will deal with it.

as for conduct playing Civilization Revolution MP, i cannot dictate sportsmanlike behavior. i endorse all forum members to be polite to one another, finish games even when you are going to lose, and try to make the experience as awesome as possible. we can't win every game, but we CAN learn from every game. in fact, i lost to Judge AUS a couple days ago, and i learned a ton from his strategy.

this game is challenging and competitive, but please, make it a positive environment, and the game will be just that much more amazing.
