If the game is supposed to have involving interactions with others, do you think the game will be able to remember what you have done in the past, and adjust how the AI reacts to you? What I mean by this is if you are a real evildoer and you murder a Little Sister or two, will the Big Daddies begin to act more agressively to you and the Little Sisters run screaming from the room when they see you? or if you are nice to the Little Sisters and help them out, will a Little Sister be much more likely to run over to you and abadon their Big Daddies? I think this could help enhance the game

Soul Reaver did this I believe. When you fed off and killed humans the knights in the area would try to kill you. But if you killed only vampires they idolized you. That would be cool if this game has a similar feature.

Developers can use a global variable for a creature type's behavior state towards the player instead of a local variable per level.

Would it enhance the game? Only if there was some plausible means in how the creatures would alert others of the players demeanor, and provide a description of his/her appearance.

Little Sisters travel in a pipe system. Do they converse with each other about encounters they've had when crossing intersections? Do Big Daddy's have bull sessions too? Does Andrew Ryan have a view of all your actions, thereby reporting your menace to his citizenry?

One can only hope.
It would be good if Andrew is like Dr. Breen, as well as Shodan, not just there to goad us, but to also inform Rapture of our actions, and warn the inhabitants on the 'dangers of magical thinking'. ;)

I don't think this suggestion makes sense unless the BDs communicate or they see you in the act of attacking a fellow BD or LS.
