Just a quickie

Is anyone else finding that they keep coming up against the same civs more or less each time they play single player?

For me it seems I almost always get Aztecs + Zulu then any mix of Russian, Roman, English, Arabs or Germans. I've had most of the others just once or twice and have never had Spain as opponents at all!

It just doesn't seem a random selection to me and i wondered if anyone else had noticed or if it was just me

**edit** Ok, now I have played the Spanish once. But the point still stands.

I don't know, I've played a handful of games so far (four or so) and I've played a wide variety, not met all the races yet, but I don't think there is a link. Personally I've seen the Arabs a couple times, where as the Chinese and Japanese only once each. I think the more you play with different civs, the more you'll see different civs.

It's probably just coincidence but I always seem to be up against Gandhi in most games. Also i've never played against the Romans or Egyptions

I'm on my 7th game and have never faced the Mongols or the Aztecs. But it's just the nature of randomly picking 4 out of 16 variables.
