i have yet to buy, the game and have never played a Civ game. (apart from the demo) I was just wondering If this game is really worth buying. I have heard mixed responses to the game, such as the world being to small etc. The main thing for me is that the game is balanced, I have played many RTS's in the past, and the one thing that matters in these kind of games is balanced. Also I have heard that there is a time limit to the multiplayer matches. Could someone tell me if you can turn this off, has I believe that this is a terrible feature. Thanks

The game is great imo, ive been playing since the first civ, I wouldn't call myself a die hard fan of Civ in general but I enjoy this alot, especially for console, if you are civ/console fan then definately worth getting it, MP needs work but looks like there was an update tonight. As for the timer in MP, ranked games there is no option to turn it off, in non ranked matches you can choose the timer. Hope that helps

I agree, the best strategy game UI I've seen on a console... all the others feel like you should be using a mouse, this just seems to work. May seem easy but I doubt it was. :D

The limited time etc is a bit annoying, but it's not short! I take my time with games and have only come up against it once so far.

agree yes its worth buying and with the expected future dowloadable extra content it should keep most people happy for some time (Except MGT)
