Will home ever come out? I'd love to see some connection to it but Sony keeps pushing it back.

I would rather it keep being pushed back until it's ready. Home will flop if the users first experience is a poor one! Sony want Home to be out as much as anyone but they are not willing to rush a product to market and I think that's great. Home will come, eventually and betas are happening now so it can't be that long providing there are no major issues.

HOME is the type of service that will ALWAYS be a work in progress...that said, I'd love to see a full-fledged digital extension to the Cult of Rapture. Imagine a bar setting...we hang out and talk there as an extension of this board. There could be in-game statues of all the enemies with bios and such, interactive areas to explore...
...
...oooh the possibilities.

I imagine that since the game has trophies, Home would be something to accompany those trophies. Possibly a room stylized as that of the Rapture.

Even though I have a 360, if something like this happened it would finally convince me to buy a PS3. I do think the possiblities with home are endless, and it would be great to see a game as good as BS taking full advantage of it.

Well, 2K have posted the official box art on their site ehich does not feature a Home logo, so it's likely that was just something fabricated by a fan. A Home Space to look like an area of Rapture would be phenomenal though, slightly deralict with water pouring down from parts of the ceiling.

I saw a website which said that although the home logo was off the front, there was still one on the back. Maybe they thought it didn't fit in well enough on the front, or something like that? Anyway, Bioshock had trophies, and thats definatley true.

That would make more sense, the fitting in part. Personally I think ESRB ratings as well as comapny and brand logos don't belong on the covers. They all just take away from the overall coverart.

I doubt it will, maybe as a purchase? Otherwise while a good idea, it's not worth it for 2k to make it when home isn't coming out until 2011...

I think it's the 360 that was rushed to market my friend to get a head start against the PS3

The hardware was rushed hence the failure rate of the 360

My point is, the PS3 was delayed and it's a wonderful piece of hardware, it's failure rate is acceptable. I would rather them delay Home in the same way, so it's a marvellous piece of software than for them to rush it to market and be full of bugs! It's not Sony's style to rush it and go "LOOK! WE WERE FIRST!!!!"

I've had one from day one too and the future looks bright :)

There have been some terrible ports to PS3, I hope 2K will not let us down with BioShock!

Have to agree with smods.
Even though I've had a 360 since day one.
And my 360 is still the one I purchased on launch; although the damn thing sounds like a 747 during takeoff.
No RROD. **crosses fingers**

Several problems cannot be ignored:
MS banking on HD-DVD;
MS proprietary HD's (as opposed to SONY's easy
replacement of the PS3 HD with larger ones);
the dreaded RROD and the overall high failure rate;
and even something as (initially) trivial (to me) as $50 for Live may now start to hurt the 360 in the long run with the PSN and Home being free.
ALL of these conspire to undo the lead the 360 had over the PS3.
