It is the story about 3 very rich people who want to build an Utopian Society...on the Ocean, though, not IN the ocean...

It's called Seasteading instead of Rapture but I think its based on the same ideas that Ryan had...

...................... Some people are building a house in the middle of the ocean to be swept away by a tsunami or hurricane................. It is not very practical and I do not believe they will create their own plasmids or, for Christ's sake, a Big Daddy. SeaSteading is a fantasy. Imagine how hard it would be to get groceries!
