Xbox 360 Themes and Gamer Pics

When I try and download the Theme and gamer pics on the 360 I get an error status code: 80153410. Does anyone know what this means?

I dont know but i sometimes get that error sign on my Ps3 when the connection go down. If it helps

Wow my bad sorry wrong code the only thing I have found on 80153410 is that it happens occasionaly and usually goes away on its own :\

Interesting. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the them. The only reference I can find on a quick google is someone mentioning the same error code in relation to a Alan Wake Theme, but no support was really given.

Is anyone else having issues with the theme? I'll try to download tonight and if people are still having issues on Monday I'll look into talking to Microsoft about fixing it up.

I called Xbox live support and they advised the error I was getting was because they had not added the theme and gamer pics to their servers yet. They had posted the link to soon. They also could not say when the files would be available for download.

BTW This game looks great - I really looking forward to the release.

I knew that there had been some problems getting stuff up there (I was the one pushing the buttons on the submissions and watching it) so I can understand there being some glitches when they posted. Hope we have them for the weekend!

for anyone who might be trying to download our themes or gamerpics right now, we know that there may be issues and you are getting errors. we are currently talking with microsoft and figuring out what's going wrong and fixing it. when i get the green light all is fixed, i'll give you the thumbs up!

they're really awesome and as soon as they are fully functional i'll let you know. i'm not sure if this is an isolated problem or all 360s... but if you do try and DL them and get an error, never fear. we will fix it! (although it might be a bit slow because of the weekend so thanks for your patience!)

I'm a little confused by what you mean, but yes there are BioShock themes & gamer pics available on Xbox Live for you to purchase.

They cost Microsoft Points. All offerings on live for Gamer Pics/Themes cost Points, unless you are able to win free ones in some of the various contests/community events held by Elizabeth.

We've been talking and working with Microsoft today. There are some glitches in the system but we are working on them. There was the weekend delay as none of us were in the office. Many apologies that we didn't catch it sooner on Friday.
