I just installed the game (v1.1) and whenever i am using the keyboard (Like for movements or actions) the mouse sensitivity is increased to a point it becomes unplayable. If i stand still and just move the mouse around sensitivity is normal (Menus are fine too).
Any help would be appreciated :(

Check out the: Bioshock Tweakguide (http://www.tweakguides.com/Bioshock_1.html), specifically on: Page 8 (http://www.tweakguides.com/Bioshock_8.html) where it shows the Mouse Sensitivity variable. The default is three and in-game the settings allow you to put it down to one. You can experiment with fractional values such as 0.9, 0.8, etc and hopefully will find a value that works for you. Also, check to see if there is any software installed for your mouse - it may have an acceleration function that is interfering with Bioshock.

Thank you for the fast answer headkase, but it looks like my problem lies in the game itself (Mouse implementation). I tried lowering the in-game setting from 3 to 1 but it doesn't fix my problem (sensitivity increased abnormaly when i use my keyboard). You suggested to check my mouse software (Logitech Setpoint), so i tried all the configuration possible within the driver but it didn't affect that odd behaviour (It's really the first game that react like this for me). I even uninstalled the drivers totally from my rig: Same results...
I'm losing hope :(

Ok, the software for your mouse is uninstalled thats good. Does your keyboard have any software for it installed too? If it does try to uninstall that too. Uninstall both and try Bioshock, it might be either or both and really you don't need either one - keyboards and mice work absolutely fine with Windows built-in drivers.

headkase to the rescue again :)
My keyboard doesn't use any driver as it is an old PS/2 model (i begin to think it's the source of the problem). I'll try with an USB one and see if it resolves my issue. Until then i'll use my gamepad (which doesn't affect my mouse sensitivity BTW), even if it isn't the best configuration.
