1. From what I understand, the police are able to arrest and give tickets to AI. Does this mean that the AI are capable of commenting heinous crimes such as shooting down other AI? So, how dynamic are the streets of Empire City? Will I be able to see anything related to purse-snatchers, mob wars, and high-speed chases carrying on around me? It would seem to bring the city to life opposed to the boring populace who just walked the streets of Lost Heaven.

2. Unlike other games, whereas the enemy had infinite amounts of ammo; will the enemy run out like in the first Mafia? If so, what might they do instead of rushing towards you with their fists out? Will they scavenge for more ammo or an new weapon?

3. Are there any other details you can share with us related to AI? I feel that it's very important to game-play.

Thank you

So far the only thing we know is the police thing that you mentioned, nothing is known as of yet, about the AI, and their behaviour, or at least as much as I could see. So speculating atm, would be pointless I would say.

Today when I was driving in Free Ride, I realised that i'd like the AI to be driving more intelligent way. In Mafia I we have people who drive cars and sometimes park them and walk away, and then come back and take it. It's very nice, but I'd like to see a driver and one or two passengers entering a 4-door car.
They could also be driving less politely, but I think we'll get that, becouse it was said in interview that AI will cause car crashes.

I'd also like to see other people stealing cars...for example in Mafia I you can frequently see a Lasitter or Celeste Marque 500 driving thru Works Quarters or Hoboken which look to be poor districts. Wouldn't such a car draw attention to it and will either be stolen violently by dragging the driver out of it, or be followed and then lockpicked when left parked ?

AI woould have to be more intelligent too. On narrow street crossroads two cars often take opposite directions and get jammed becouse none of them is able to change direction and ride by the side of other. They just stand front-to side or front-to-front and honk on each other and blink headlights. One of them should enforce the route, even by scratching the other car's side, or back off, and wait for it to ride by.

I've seen plenty of times, a traffic jam with people getting out of their cars and stuff lol, and I know, because I end up hitting them lol

Hmmm, I like to see this kind of stuff happening. Actually, in general, in open games I like to be able to interact with the envinronment as much as possible and AI be more intelligent and do many things rather than CS like AI, which is quite controversial to me: sometimes it's brilliant and sometimes it's so dumb that you don't believe what you're seeing. But, in the end, I give credit to DEVS because some features maybe are not possible at the moment and some features are possible but take too much time to balance them plus it's going to make the game need ultra PCs (something a la Crysis) to able to play the game quite decent, which will lead to something unwanted: gamers will start "hate" everybody because of very high requirements and DEVS because they invested big time and money in something that doesn't sell because everybody has to buy a new PC just for the game, and who wants to buy a high end PC just for a game?!?!?

I also want to add that when you're doing taxi missions, thare also could be more than 1 passenger willing to ride.

And I'll have to change PC anyway, even for moderate requirements, so I'm not worrying that much about the need to change cause it's unavoidable for me.
