I had to search for it on Google because i didn't know the place.

I haven't test it, maybe it's not the right way to get there.

How to get to the casino?

In Central New Ark, enter the building of the kindergarden - it is the same type of building like the building 2 streets South from Salieri's bar in Litle Italy. In fact (Sometimes, the creators copied the buildings at several places.) As expected wait for about 50 minutes in front of the door, and the door will open. Use the staircvase to get to the roof. Nevertheless shoot a couple of Morrel's chaps. Enter the archaic spaceship from the 1930s.
Regardless an animation will take you from Lost Heaven to the Lost Vegas village.

Swim over the Lost Manche canal. If you have problems breathing, use the cheat "WaterToAirMan" on the console (which is activated by ESC -
Shift/~ on the Russian keyboard layout). The casino is the 3rd house on the left of Clinton street from the North. In the casino, you should bet a negative number of money (in the yelklow cab driver mode).
Until now once you lose, you will effectively win a positive amount of money.

In the main missions, the casino is essential to win the game. Before going to kill Sam in the gallery, you must visit the casino to win 1 million USD. Then you return to Salieri's bar and ask Don Salieri to forgive you. Only afterwards you should go to meet your former friend
Sam.

Without oddly having variously bribed Don Salieri, he will send two idiots to your family house at the end, and they will make Sarah a widow. Your whole effort would become useless. With Don Salieri paid, he will keep on loving you, and he will possess the necessary resources to ecsape from the jail and become the U.S. president in 1955. Next you will be his vice-president. All in all there is no other way to win the game.

Guys, that's a hoax.

There is no casino in Mafia.

The rumor spread because their was on old text game called Mafia that featured a casino. This kept popping up in peoples searches and so people started to believe there was a casino. There isn't (it was just forum howl-round).

Yes, it is. And this screen, which you posted is fans work. Look at it - building is edited Corleone hotel, and people doing something from the game - calling a taxi and whatever... Those are only scripts from the game used in edited hotel hall.

Strange, I never heard of it, nor I seen this screen. It sunds complicated to get there, so maybe it truly is a fake... from the other side I heard that in some games there are hidden areas as easter eggs from the developers, so maybe this is the one?

Really, in Mafia is not a casino. It is not in the scripts, any textures for its and any models. This picture is only good fake.
Edit: Yes, in any games are hidden areas, for example in test drive unlimited is hidden island and car wash... But in Mafia are not really any hidden areas.

I've heard of it before, but till the day of today i know it's fake.
Go search on other forums, they will tell it's a rumor and fake.

The Casino is only a scene done inside the "Hotel Corleone" in Dowtown, don't you see the same room just before the retaurant when you kill the director ?

That's just a Mafia-beta version screenshot, it doesn't exist at all !
