Mafia Characteristics

Well i have been a fan of Mafia ever since it was realese way back. I just want to know if the game will have any real life Mafia characteristics. For example the Families were known for their secret meetings where men got made and Commision meetings where heads of families meet. Will we see the pricking of the finger and burning of the saint etc. These are all characteristics of real life Mafia of the time and it brings a sense of realism to the game.

I think yes. Vavra said something like that in interview. That some scenes will be like from normal life of mafians

He doesn't have to worry, i 'll be his bodyguard if he gives me the finished game before everyone else gets it, i do hope that mafia2 will be released soon. i googled freneticly the web about new info about Mafia 2 during all these years as many of you others, i almost got a heartattack when some websites said that it would be prob be cancelled, thank god that it isn't the case, many games and tv showes that i liked was cancelled.

I know how you feel. Since i finished mafia I looked at least once a month for news bout a mafia II. i remember i found a site talking about mafia II back in 2003. and yet five years later it became a reallity. but personaly i think mafia II will give Gta IV a run for its money. dont get me wrong I am a fan of both. but mafia will always come first.
