Can we get some gameplay footage plz?

The screenshots have been great so far, but I'd like to see this game in action soon. Could we get some video with some gameplay posted on the official website? Preferrably something like the first 50 turns or first 10 minutes or something consistent. Playthrough commentary would be nice but optional; I'd rather the video show off some unedited gameplay.

I've seen the IGN "dancing bears" video (http://ps3.ign.com/dor/objects/947168/civilization-revolution/videos/civrev_031008.html) too many times, but it doesn't really offer any cohesive gameplay elements. It's just showing off some of the (beautiful) animation much like a collection of screenshots rather than bona fide gameplay.

Also seen Dan Quick's videos on the Apolyton site (http://apolyton.net/forums/showthread.php?threadid=171835). Those are the best gameplay vids I've seen so far, but the video quality is terrible (cell-phone-tastic) and the footage is edited and confusing.

I never could get those videos @ Apolyton working on my PC or Mac. I am no noob, either. lol I think the links were broken when I was trying.

Why not? The OP's request was made in a perfectly polite and courteous manner, and the staff at 2K have been more than generous in the past in their efforts to help us out.

i'll ask around and put out the word about your desires. i'm not sure we're going to put out 10 minutes of straight gameplay (i'm not sure we've really ever done that in a gameplay video, maybe a walkthrough) but i'll poke around and see what we have!

Thanks! I know that teaser footage typically gives away little, and leaving the viewers wanting more. Figured it couldn't hurt to specifically ask for what I want to see.
