What rewards/loots do you get for killing him?

and how do you unlock that muse box?

u get the key to the muse box for killing him, not really worth it. All thats in there, correct me if im wrong, is some eve hypos, a few splicer organs, and some money.
If u wait till the Olympus heights level to kill Cohen in his own home however, you will gain access to a, otherwise unobtainable, weapon upgrade station in his apartment.

so its actually better to let him live overall? considering you get electric flesh + weapon upgrade?...meaning i made the better choice?

That all depends on how you want to play the game. There is no straightforward 'better' or 'worse' way to do it, just more profitable.

yea i mean i didnt kill him because it is just a few worthless item in there anyway and it is not an option to to not upgrade your weapons for later in the game now is it? Plus, i think that you get teh key for his muse if you kill im later right?

Correct so by letting him live you can get all the rewards

I killed him later, in his apartment, got to the secret room, got the Muse key and went back to Fort Frolic, only to find out that the Muse Box's contents sucked.
