For the PC version, will a gamepad suffice as an XBOX controller substitute?
Like, getting the special plug so I can use my XBOX controller on my PC, will it work with this game?

The game is compatible with the Xbox 360 controller. Weather an orginal Xbox controller would work, i would not like to say with any certainty. It is worth a try. If it dosent work you coulkd try to use 3rd party configuration software, but this may cause some instability with the game.

The orginal (usb) Xbox controller works fine with the drivers from >here< (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0e989b12-576b-42f2-b7c1-2a17ce25188b&displaylang=en) :)

The Microsoft Common Controller Driver is a new game input standard that is used for both the Xbox360 console and for Windows XP SP1 and above. The Xbox360 controller or any controllers that utilize this standard will enable the device to be used on Windows also.
