"error loading shader libraies"-help

hello, ive just joined, ive been playing single player, and decided it's time for multiplayer, now i get the new patch, and encounter the "d3dx9_32.ddl" problem and got that solved , so at this point at have everything i need, and then when trying to start the game, it says "error loading shader libraies", now i have every update, and i have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c, so whats the problem, and how do i solve it

(note- i have re-installed it for the 6th time tonight, and that dosent work)

no idea, i've yet to play multi-palyer, i'll test it to see if i get any errors.
