This might not be the right community to ask this, but since there are new trailers about these games, I want to ask you, what do you think about these games?

What I think about Super Paper Mario first, that's by far the most innovative Jump'n'Run for a decade. I mean, .... just watch this video...
Super Mario Galaxy seems to be very solid from a gameplay standpoint and it also looks very nice (for the fact it's a Wii Game), but I'm a bit concerned about the cam and I miss huge planets.

Mario is, in my opinion, the all time king of platformers, and Nintendo seems to know how to make games fun. I'd hit it.

Mario games are usully a very fun when you wanna just relax and play something that isn't dark, scary, haunting or adult oriented. Plus they always are re-inventing themselves... kinda like Madonna. But better.

i think PS3 graphics are much better... ;)
seriously: i like the footage and it's surely going to be a very fun game... i like mario games, but i only played them on the good old gameboy... and on emulators.

not just because i'm a girl (i know we get pegged for that), but i love the wii. i've been playing a bunch of ssx blur, which at first i hated and now have begun to like quite a bit.
i am very excited for both these mario games.
however. i am most excited for metroid, which hopefully will come out this year. samus is my personal hero, and second to bioshock, metroid is my number one anticipated game, beating out even spore.

Eh, I've gotten pretty tired of Nintendo games in the past, haven't even finished Zelda. I'll give it a shot because the original Mario was what got me into gaming and paper Mario was a damn good rpg on the SNES.
Still, though I fell into the Wii's hype and now it's collecting dust. Playing to much R6:Vegas and Bullet Witch, :D. Thinking though, I hope some game comes out for the Wii that really makes the most of the controls in a interesting way, I'm actually looking forward to this one game called "Sadness" because it looks a bit original.

I'm, personally, waiting until Metroid comes out in the UK before I even consider buying a Wii. Not because I dislike them - they look great - but more because I'm broke, and so far (in my humble opinion only...) Metroid seems to be the only good reason to own a Wii. I've got Zelda: TP on GameCube y'see, and I'm not too desperate to play Mario for a while.
Also, I'm kinda hoping the new Metroid will help me get over the shock and disappointment of Metroid Prime: Hunters on DS.
Because that was bobbins.
First of all, thanks for keep posting here. I never thought, that anyone would even know nintendo here (ok, just kidding :p ).
For the record, I'm a huge nintendo fan, but compared to fanboys, I do not agree with every decision nintendo make (eg. the lack of an online-platform).
But I totaly agree with there ideology to expand the gaming market to a broader audience.
What makes me posting here again is the keynote Phil Harrison held two days ago. He presented a game called LittleBigPlanet(trailer1) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFMDNfxi4bg) (trailer2) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_gfD6zSGZ4) which is a "build it yourself"-jump'n'run game. This game is all about creating levels and sharing your content with other players (exactly the same what Trackmania is for racing games). It's pure, it's simply and it makes me want a PS3. Sony could never get me buying their ugly, overpriced system with a game like motorstorm (which looks very nice, but plays like every other racer).
What leads me directly to my closing statement:
"Sony do it the Nintendo-way"

i am refusing to watch anything about little big planet because i don't have a ps3, nor am i dumping the cash for one right now (i don't have enough time to play all my games as is) and people keep telling me this game is right up my alley.

I'm holding off on a ps3 as well, although I probably will pick one up for mgs4 (even though I hate the storyline now, solid on psx was still the best) and heavenly sword<---that's the game I am really looking forward to getting for the system.
The new "Home" concept for ps3 looks interesting as well, I wonder how MS will respond.

I'm still not done with the original Xbox, plus I still want to take a look at Ico, Bully, Shadow of the Colossus, Ape Escape 2, and a few others, so I guess I'm not going to be picking up a new generation console anytime soon.

So its a sandbox game in a platformer design? That would be interesting, not enough 2D platformers come out these days, and it would be nice to see some innovation as well in the genre.
b2t:
paper mario has 25+ hours of gameplay. pretty much for a jump'n'run, isn't it?:p

Yea, I am really really anticipating Metroid Prime 3, it looks great. I was dissapointed by the delay. Same with Super Mario Galaxy!! Actually if those games weren't coming out for the Wii, I would never have bought one to begin with!

I think, nearly nobody would have bought the Wii without these games.
