Hi,
I'm a newbie both to the game and these forums. I've just gotten the flame plasmid and found the telekenesis one too. However i only have two slots available so by picking up the telekenesis one i'd have to overwrite one of them. I guess i have to find a garden? Where i am now is I'm supposed to blow up the debris blocking the entrance but the dudes that throw the explosives don't appear on the balcony unless i've taken that plasmid i'm guessing, because they're not showing up.
So knowing that i've cleared everything up until there, where can i find this garden to free up a slot? Any help appreciated!
