I am trying to get the jackpot on the slot machines, and have noticed that electro-bolt seems to increase the chance of getting a win. Any advice on how to get it faster than just randomly zapping the machines?

I don't think electrobolt has an effect, just save with a full wallet, play it till you're out, then load up the save.

And stick to one machine. Your chances of a jackpot are far greater playing on one machine than jumping from one to another. Sort of like real gambling in that respect.
