Modding the Amount of Adam got from Saving Gatherers

I want to ask if anyone knows what command line edits the amount of adam you get from saving the little sisters. The default is 80 and I have not found anything in relation to that number.

These are the Config and Localization Inis after they were extracted so you can edit the game. I tried to search for it, but I couldnt find it.

Does anyone know where I can edit the amount of ADAM got from saving the little sisters, or the amount of ADAM you get from Tenembaum's gifts?

I am creating a small difficulty mod, and the only thing left is to either.

A) Reduce the amount of adam gained from saving little sisters to 20.

B) Completely remove Adam from Tenembaum's gifts.

All I have to do is find out what config file has and what integers I have to change to edit it.

*If it is also possible I would like to make it so every time you respawn on a Vita-Chamber you would lose $20. If you don't have enough money you can get it for free.*
