Bioshock.exe crashing down when loading level "Welcome to Rapture" i was in boat and i get to city and when new level loading my game crashes :( I try to reinstall but it dont work. Plz help me someone.

Disable High Detail Shaders in the Graphics Options and see if that'll do it.

Also ensure you have the latest drivers for the video card from www.nvidia.com (http://www.nvidia.com) and also the latest version of DirectX.

This game uses a high level of graphics, make sure your machine is in top condition or it wont work as you want it to.
