Runs/Playthroughs

So how many of you are doing special runs or playthroughs?
I'm doing a Wrench/Plasmid only run and it's amazing so far, next I plan to do a Pistol only run. Then further on.
This is sort've similar to Resident Evil 4 or other games where you do a speed run or a knife only/pistol run.

Im gonna do a plasmid run later, but I dunno what difficulty to do it on. I beat it on hard, now Im going through on Easy to get the alternate ending.

Well my wrench run is on hard and it's a breeze right now, i'm gonna have to stop near the shotgun area to go in that one room before it and get Wrench Jockey, so I can beat the crowd easy in there.

I'm replaying it trying to collect all the audio logs so I can peice the full story myself.

I've only played through it once on normal mode. I saved all of the little sisters. My next run, i'm gonna try to upgrade all my weapons, fully research enemies, get a jackpot, get all of the audio logs, and harvest every little sister

I played it on Normal mode once... that was me just hitting the tip of the iceberg. I didn't really complete anything, other than saving every single Little Sister, and finding all the audio diaries. I just beat the game. Then I played on Hard, and collected all the tonics, and did every single piece of research... basically I filled in the gaps, and I now have 50/50 Achievements to show for it. :] I'm thinking, though, that if I ever play through it again, I may do a Wrench/Plasmid run... it sounds awesome.
