New game coming up being devolped by Gearbox and published by 2k games. Saw it in the new game informer.

Looks sweet, a FPS with the loot elements of Diablo and the vehicular carnage of mad max. The only real fear I have is will 2k games put a securom on it too :(.

I just saw this game in GameInformer yesterday. I'm a PC game player, and that's the first thought that came to mind when I was reading about the game..."will they put SecuROM on it? I'd like to know ahead of time so I don't pre-order it, 'cause I won't buy it like I did Bioshock. That one is still sitting here in the box because I had faith they'd fix it, but they won't even discuss it. This game looks great though, so....here's hoping no securom.

Borderlands looks incredible, over 500,000 weapons and 500,000 other items... It will be a lot of fun. I can't wait until it comes out in 2008!

Borderland looks incredibly cool. I might buy it if it won't come with SecuRom and DRM-activation-limit-crap (though it would be hilarious if 2K managed another Bioshock launch; "Sorry guys, you can't play the games you just bought - but don't worry, in a couple of days it will be fixed").

I still can't get my borderland pc game to load because of error stating release date check failed and this game and todays date is 11-09! i don't know what to do?
