this also may work on Bioshock 2!. Fallout:New Vegas also has the constant crashes for some users!. BUT, a user has found that by installing windows on a separate partition, booting from that, and installing the game there, fixes the crashing!. apparently, the game don't like some codecs, and possibly some other software that users may install, so it crashes, but don't give any indication of WHAT made it crash!. this would explain WHY this problem was not caught in beta testing, as they probably used a clean OS to test the game!!. possibly a "clean boot" would be all that's needed, it may have to be modified, however, as the game may need something running. for XP http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353 for vista and win7 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
