should i mod civ IV or civ V

Interesting question for discussion, would it be easier to add the good parts of civ V to civ IV or would it be easier to mod civ V to put religion, transports, civics, etc back into the game?

The problem I have with making civ 4.5 is I lose the hex tiles which I really love, they make more sense.

I'd say mod Civ 5 then you get to keep the hexes and the ranged combat, thats my opinion....

Would love to see religion, civics, transports ect ect added to Civ 5

It is pretty easy to add quite a lot to Civ 5. Civ 5 is way easier to mod than 4, and once they release the source we should have even more power over it.
