Honestly Delta would be see after some research i have come to the conclusion that Delta would win he's stronger and if Eleanor was involved than 110% Delta but if we did add Omega then after the fight Omega comes in and kills Delta:D

I think it would be a close battle but in the end Delta would win. Sure Sigma has the ion laser which is a really good gun but with the extra damage with the research camera... Its hard to fight extra damage and if Eleanor was involved then hands down Delta.
