Theres alot of pointless stuff in the game, and a lack of anything useful/fun. Maybe they could of spent the time creating gas stations, and added banks. Same with opening trunks/hoods. No gas is useless.

There are gas stations, ya the banks would of been a cool feature to add. Of course only if we could enter them.

Well It slowed down to about 10mph, made a funny nopise and stopped. When I went back to the garage it had enough gas to get the the gas station though. ;)

It didn't run out of gas idiot. You probably hit too many cars and your car died. The cars do not run out of gas. The gas stations are this lazy developers way of trying to make this lame game better. A pig with lipstick is still a pig and this game is one huge pig.

I'm assuming that since there's a super hard meter that raises when you fill up gas that yes it can run out.

If you drive with the same car constantly and not fill up the tank, then yes it does run out. It will warn you before it does and after that you get to walk.

Yes you can run out of fuel.Takes forever to do so even the supercharged cars take longer then they should.If you steal a car someone is driving usually it has less then a full tank but I still find the gas stations (at this point and time usless)as there isnt anything to do but robb clothing stores,gas stations,gun dealers,and food stops to justify driving that long.I still feel with a game that took this long to make and then scale down for future DLC sales that having say racketeering, a well know source of income with the mob,Running a numbers game in the local nieghborhoods another mob action that earned money,the selling of stolen goods(1 mission for smokes comon)IE booze,jewelery,clothes,CARS they missed the mob scene in the40's and 50's by a long shot.Heck they didnt even hit the target area.If all this which should have been included in the game (Reference MAFIA where all this was implimented more or less) it would have addded to the future sells more then charging 60 bucks for a game that looks like is going to be a DLC scam on the part of 2k.
