Way to early to tell, I bet the developers don't even know yet. That said, it's probably not the most power hungry game, so you can probably run it a little scaled back on low end computers.

well, they doing everything for marketing, i think minimum requirements will start from p4 1.4 gigahertz gforce 3, radeon 7500 or something like these. but if we try to talk about the first pictures of this game, that images seems like taken from "at least" 6800GT or X700Pro. But nothing too far from these. i have macbook pro man, i don't need to worry about anything :p

Make sure it is DirectX 11 and get the tessellation engine working so we can see the sweat on the workers face!!!
