Are you still bonded to a little sister?

How is it possible to tell which little sister you need to focus on to break the bond? I mean currently I'm bonded to my daughter, which makes perfect sense, but there is a lingering bond that I can't identify. I've played a lot of games that I thought would have severed the bond.

Sorry, I thought it was common knowledge that the game had spot on metaphors for the bonds that form between men and women for affection or romance (which get turned into fatherly bonds of protection above all).
I was sure that it would be understood that the "Big Daddy/Little Sister" bond was a metaphor for the long lasting affectionate bond between a man and the woman he loves (in all forms of the word).
So I was saying that there's this girl I maintained an affectionate bond towards (at least, I think it's her, which is why I'm asking), and I want it severed, but cannot contact the people I knew. And I don't consciously bring it up nor do I have any idea what triggers are responsible.
It makes life a little difficult, and I recall Gil mentioning lovesickness being a serious problem with the Alpha series.
I was hoping my original post would be understood as such,but there you go.
