that was the last error I got.
But I got another in-game error when I tried to save 3 days ago.
I saved like 5 times before the bug and everything went fine, then I got an in-game error telling me they couldn't find the saves and I tried to save anyway but they kept telling me they couldn't find them and all my saves got deleted, I have no idea why. There was no crash but my saves got deleted...

I hope that helps for the patch.
My drivers are up-to-date.

I have a sneaky feeling that GFWL is the root cause of all these savegame hassles. This game is too tightly wound to it.

Have you tried the fix below:

http://forums.2kgames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56830

1. Navigate to "My Documents/Bioshock2/SaveGames".
2. Backup this "SaveGames" folder if you want to.
3. Look for a file that has your GFWL ID in its filename. It will likely also be 0 KB in size (ie empty).
4. Delete this file.
5. Restart Bioshock 2 and all should be well (no loss of data, either).
