Worse still- what if the slug kept her technically alive, but she would constantly feel like she was drowning, beating her little fists against the BD's helmet, unable to even scream;
then when you get back to an air-filled section she forgets about it cause of the mind control.

Yeah, she would die because of the pressure. But I guess that's why the Dev's made the slugs for underwater, so you can get some ADAM while you're enjoying Rapture's look. Pickin' up Sea Slugs and eating them is...

I know of no aparatus that can hold a little sister. Bathyspheres could help but the sisters have enough short cuts from the vents they have all over Rapture.

The slug shares a symbotic relation with the little sister. Under life threatening moments lets say underwater. THe slug will give the girl the ability to survive underwater due to the fact the slug can live underwater.

HAha just a thought. Could work though.
