Here are a few ideas:

You could do like
1st Regiment/Chapter/whatever "Insert Nickname Here"
2nd Regiment etc
3rd Regiment etc
This keeps them grounded in being part of the overall Cult of Rapture clan and not their own distinct clan.

I think it sounds fair. If you add more groups, you have to add them in 10s, and when you start adding more to PSN, you have to add more to xbox, and then you start getting trying to keep track of Tons of people.

I believe official teams will be made the day before the tourney to account for differences in levels and experience. Not sure if that changes the regiment, though. :(
