Info on Rapture

Im pretty new to this site i registered when I was in Iraq last year and have been into bioshock off and on. Now Im back into again and was wanting to know where I could get the most info on Rapture............I went through Bioshockwiki and It did not have as much info as I was looking for.....thanks

If anyone has any maps or different pics of the city that would be cool to see
I have the guide so im not talking about those kind of maps once again thanks for any info that you give me

You best bet is to listen to the aduio diaries that you collect in the game.

Well there is always the Bioshock guide on ign.com : http://guides.ign.com/guides/793105/index.html.

They all are the maps that you have in the game but I guess it is easier to have them in front of you. By the way the maps on the last link has the location of all the audio diaries as well.

if you truely want to experience the history of Rapture then just listen to all the audio diaries in the game.

If you want to ruin the experience of rapture through the eyes of the citizens then go to the bioshock wiki.

If you look at Emergency Access in Medical Pavilion, there's something like a map. It shows access routes to various points. At the Bathysphere stations, there's also a map of the whole city. It doesn't have much detail, but it shows you how far Fort Frolic is from Point Prometheus, for example.
