Will Mafia 2 have achievements?.
It would be great if they implement it.
Using services such has:-
Games for Windows LIVE, Steam Works, Impulse Reactor would enable PC gamers to get Achievements and DLC.

It would be quite a good "EXPANSION" but i think that the game is so big already that there is no need to USE UP TIME for achievments.

I don't need an achievements in this game.

Not sure what you meant by EXPANSION and "USE UP TIME".
When both the PS 3 and 360 will have achievement why can't PC?.

I don't really care about achievements
If they go for a Steam release it will be easy for them to fix that.

Mafia II fans that have an Xbox360, PS3, are gonna love achievements IMO..I know I would!
As for PC there is no point really, there's no gamerscore or nothing like that, well not that i know of..
I will be getting it for xbox360, pre-ordered it about 4, 5 months ago :D

as long as they're sensible, I don't mind find hidden objects etc as long as there aren't 100's of them, but Mafia 2 will be a game I know I'll be aiming for 1000/1000, becuase no stupid multiplayer to get ;)

I have, didn't know they had achievements though, sorry..
Sounds like a gimmick to me. I'd rather the PC stayed away from the gimmicky social networking road that consoles are going down.
Modem and internet multiplayer games have been around on the PC for more than 15 years without the need for silly little things like 'achievements', whatever they are?
Call me a loner, but I'm always far more interested in single player than multiplayer anyway...
honestly there is no need for achievements in single player games...VALVe put achievements in Half-Life 2 Episode 2, and it was pretty stupid because u get achievements for completing a part of a game that you have to get thru in order to move on in the game. Leave achievements for multiplayer games like Left 4 Dead and TF2
