Neither my regular tank or modern armor units cause collateral damage to enemy stacks or cities anymore. This is happening despite the fact that the collateral damage upgrade is still and always has been the first promotion that I give to all of my armored units. I have already uninstalled both Civ IV and BTS and reinstalled them with the latest updates and the problem persists. This has been going on for two months.
Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do to fix it?
Needless to say this makes the later stages of the game much more difficult and less entertaining. If I can't get this fixed, I'm probably going to give up on the game. I've been playing Civ IV since November 2005 and have never had this problem before. Hope someone here can help. Thanks.
