Bioshock always crash after 1st movie

Hello,

I bought BioShock several months ago with Steam and I never could play with... :(

After successful installation, I can launch the game but after the first short movie (the guys is talking in a plane blabla). When comes the Bioshock title, crash ! It always happens exactly on the same moment and I'm back on Windows...

Here, my config:

Laptop Sony Vaio FZ21M
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo T7250
Windows Version : Vista
Memory: 2GB
DirectX Version : 10
Graphics Card Name : Geforce 8400M GT
Graphics Card Memory : 256MB
Graphics Card Driver Date & Version : 11/05/2007 7.15.11.128

ps: it's the only graphic driver which works.

I already tried but it did not solve my problem. Today, I tried with Windows 7rc but I got the same error:

Do you mean by "crash" as in freezes on a black screen or the think looks like it minimizes, black screen with windows bottom toolbar with something saying "Program not responding..." or "not working" or something?

I meant by "crash" I return directly to windows with the error (see above). It happens once I was locked into a black screen.
I really thing that trouble comes from my graphic card (Geforce 8400M GT on Vaio FZ21M). My driver is a custom one from Sony and I cannot get an updated one. I tried with almost all new ones but it said "no nvidia devices found"... :(
If somebody has got an FZ21M and run successfully Bioshock, help me plz.
