Hi all. Recently, like all BioShock fans I've been searching around alot trying to find any information on game that I might have missed. But way back in November, I was given information about BioShock 2 by a gameing/news company named "Indicade". This was long before any BioShock 2 information was out. I posted this info as soon as I got it, but the community bashed it, and quickly deemed it fake.

With all this BioShock 2 information coming out, I've been noticing how strangely accurate this information is. So I'll re-post it, for discussion-

"Bioshock 2 is going to unravel the mystery of how the Big Daddies and Little Sisters actually came to be. Bioshock 2 will unravel other small curious details of the Bioshock world as well.
No one knows for sure but suspicious guess includes that the player will take the role of a scientist named "Dallas Prize." It is thought that the player will control Dallas and lead Dallas through an epic journey of how he becomes the first Big Daddy and the struggles he faces. GET READY!"

I'm still not 100% sure on it. This would suggest a prequel, and that doesn't seem likely. If this is fake, would someone at 2k please tell me? Because it's bugging me, knowing that this info is here, but not knowing if its true.

Actually, Blitzkrieg, you reposted this info again as recently as 4 weeks ago (right when Game Informer came out). It was discussed then, so there's really no reason to repost it a third time.

Other people also repeated your post (just do a search for "Dallas Prize") and the general consensus was that it was a cool blurb, but that games change so much and so quickly during development that anything more than a few months old is pretty unreliable.

As for someone at 2K confirming or denying it, that isn't going to happen. 2K Elizabeth has repeatedly said she will release info on her schedule, not ours. Which makes sense since a PR rollout has to be carefully planned.

Just be patient. Since this has been discussed before (and recently), I'm closing this thread.
