The Perfect Gift?

Hi there, Rapteurs.
Long time listener, first time caller.

Noticed a "Gift" on a bench at the metro station in Arcadia, you can search it but it's empty. Shortly after, in Fort Frolic, there's a recurring advertisement that simply says, "for the perfect gift". Are these related? Is it a clue? Are these just references to the "gift" that Jack opens on the plane?
Searched the forums for an answer but none were forthcoming. Any takers?

Also, does anyone know how to enter the barrels on the bottom floor of the cellar in the winery? The map shows three of them as grey areas.

Yeah, when i saw that gift on the bench I thought of Jack's gift too, it's wrapped the same and everything, maybe it's just Raptures way of wrapping gifts, they only have one brand of wrapping paper :P

Okay, so everyone's rich enough to build a city underwater and buy and make plasmids and have all those fancy things, yet they can't afford more than 1 type of gift wrapping paper? This is a screwed up city.
