Historian achievement glitch: "First Encounter"

Hi. My problem is happening with the 360 version of Bioshock. I'm not sure if it also applies to PC. Basically I can't get the Historian achievement. Whenever I pick up the audio diary "First Encounter" in the farmer's market it claims I picked it up in Neptune's Bounty. For some reason this prevents me from getting the achievement. I've discussed this issue with some others on the forum and they have had the same problem.
