Hi,

I’m a student of the University of Antwerp and I’m conducting research about value creation in online communities. It is all about how valuable gamers and their feedback/ comments are to game developers. For this research I have set up a small survey. Link is ok, as far as I can tell, for those wondering after the first spamincident around here.
At the end of the survey however (after the personalia part) I got:

I'm not that strong with the internet and linking and whatsoever, but maybe it's in some way useful to the OP. Let's keep our hopes up that my survey came through :)

The error is indicating that html code was already sent to the server, so the php code on line 113 could not be executed...

Probably some white space in your code.
