One I know: Arcadia, when you first enter, you see a pair of closed doors over to the corner. Did you notice the torches propped beside the doors? One is lit, one is not. Use your incenerate plasmid to light the other torch and the doors will open! There is some sweet stuff in there.

Yeah, there's already a couple threads about secret spaces. Not to be mean, but when you want to make a new thread, search to see if there's already one made on the same thing.
