I have been playing the game since September, but have only recently found the following:
1. A safe in the bee hive area. It contains three enzymes.
2. A tonic in Rm. No. 7. Why I never saw it before is a wonder.
3. That the key you get from Cohen unlocks his treasure in Fort Frolic. I thought it unlocked his room.
It's little things like this that keep the game interesting.

Yeah somethin else i noticed today was whan you fight Fonatain in the end you have to drain his ADAM right? Well every time that you drain some of his ADAM you get that ADAM. I just dont see the point in it because it is the end of the game so you cant spend the ADAM anywhere... Does anyone know why they give you this unnesessary stuff?

Doesn't it say "Sander Cohen's Muse Box Key"?
I play this game way too much, yet after being in the Farmers Market 15-20 times (at least), I just found a secret room with lock picks and proxy mines today! Gotta love the amount of effort they put into this game!
No wonder Jack survived the plane crash, he's fireproof at the very beginning of the game. You can swim him into the flames, and even though he makes all the usual grunts of pain, he'll never die (left him there 20 minutes).
