I don't know if this has occured to anyone else, but last night I stumbled upon an invincible Big Daddy.

This was in Hephaestus Core, near the Gatherer's Garden. I stumbled on the Bouncer while looking for parts for the bomb. It was an Elite Bouncer, with it's eyes glowing red, as if I had attacked it's Little Sister. I decided to kill it and laid some trip wires and mines.

Upon shooting the sucker, instead of charging me, it ignored me and continued banging on the pipes trying to call out a Little Sister (which I had already saved all 3 in the level). On further inspection, it would not attack me, or an Enraged Splicer, under any circumstances. Also, it had either no health at all, or it's health would constantly go from zero to full, and then back to no health constantly.

I have no idea how it happened, but the thing just lumbers around, ignoring everything, in an enraged status. It is immune to enrage, or hypnotise, and cannot be killed.

It's fun on Hephaestus to catch a Big Daddy on a guard rail, and shoot a them. They can't do anything to you! ;)

When one was about dead, I electro bolted it, and it fell over the rail!
I've never seen one on the ground before, at least not while it was still alive. It was cool watching it get back up.

Of course, I accidentally killed it, before seeing the entire animation!

I had the same problem, but on a different level. And the little sister i saved just still stands there and does not move

Happened to me a couple of times with certain splicers.
