The Plot?

can you explain any more of the plot? I don't really get who Atlas is, or for that matter, who the other guy is. And what is it that you are trying to accomplish?

And who is your charecter? does he have some extra signifigance, or does it just happen that he crashed over rapture?

Hi and welcome.:)

The core of the story is,our plane crashes,after a short swim,we discover a lighthouse,then eventually we descend into rapture itself.Upon arrivial we find a radio and are greeted by a character named Atlas,he introduces us, as to what has been happening in rapture and offers us a means of escape via a secret sub,if we agree to reunite him with his family.To achieve this and to survive in the hostile enviroment that rapture has become,he urges us to aquire as much Adam as we can from the little sisters,which obviously means killing them.On the contary to this,another character,a scientist,named Tenembaum urges us to spare the little sisters in return for some,as yet unknown reward.And so we must make our choice..Adapt to survive..live or die!;)

The plot is explained as you play the game. The developers thought it would be more interesting that way and I think they were right. Unless you see it in the game everything you hear is just speculation. :)
