Bioshock Infinite PS3 Version comes with Bioshock?

So I was reading updates and I came across this article saying that Bioshock Infinite will come with a copy of Bioshock HD only for the PS3. Can anyone else confirm or deny this?

Sweet! thanks I was debating if i should buy bioshock or not but now that I know im getting it with Infinite now I dont have to worry =)

This completely slipped my mind at NYCC last year, when they were offering free copies at the meet and greet. I asked for PC, since my modest rig outperforms my PS3. But I may be buying the PS3 version, too. Heh. I never did buy BioShock for PS3 (only for PC). I suppose this gives me an excuse to order the collectors edition for PS3. (Like I needed an excuse!)
