I like long distance running the best.

Yeah, cardio is good.
I enjoy weights and such at my local Gold's...but my membership recently expired, so now I'm stuck with weights at home. I also do push-ups, crunches, and the whole shebang.

I try to work out at least 3-4 times a week but I need to go more often. I only have about an hour because I squeeze in the work out during the day. I usually start with 30 mins cardio and then the rest of the time I use nautilus machines.

I like running and grappling with friends. I think grappling is my top because we're always learning new moves and having fun, it never really feels like a strict exercise routine.
wake up doing a couple of farts in the morning..and a burp to clear the airways.....no seriously i like to do some cross training and then hit the weights

I absolutely suck at running outdoors (it's too wet/cold/interesting), so I force myself down to the gym for the treadmill and crosstrainer, then finish off with the rowing machine. If I'm feeling lazy I'll stay at home and do an hour or so on Wii Fit Plus (30mins activity-running, etc; 30 mins yoga)

I do Wing Chun kung fu and walk rather than take the bus. *shrug* Any movement is good

Nothing grand or special. It seem cardio is the majority of the answers here in this thread. I like to offer a side workout in addition to cardio workout. That is stemina, strength and balancing. Maybe a light yoga session to starts off first. I'm just throwing it out there.
