elephant gun/eb

shotgun (rate of fire)/TK

are the most commonly used combos what do u think (eb crossbow has to be the most used)

but yah pretty much if your not a head hunter your a TK junkie.........there is alot of AD lately
rarely you see a puddle princess, or houdini, unless its a newbie or vet that can pull it off

Most combo's over the majority? EB/CB/GL(SG if they're not a douche. add that with TK though.) and AD. and TK/SG/GL/AD, and the 3rd would be EB/CB(ROF).

From my view anyway, from the vets? CB(BS)/SG.

The people who use Grenade Launchers in any game are always douches. They are honestly the dumbest things to have in a MP game.

So you expect people to find loadouts which are hard to use? Seems a bit counter intuitive to me. As for suiciding yes some people do it but not everyone and it's not that hard to counter.

If by hard to use you mean actually require you to aim, then yes, that would be what I would expect from a half decent player. Sorry, but high level folks that rely on such a skilless weapon as the GL really aren't worth a crap. I mean, folks here love to bash EB/HS because it's "so easy to hit a stationary target." But it takes 10 times the skill of sitting back and spamming nades everywhere.

I still don't get this mentality, you are saying that people should find the hardest way possible to kill someone. Yes you don't have to aim accurately with the grenade launcher but you still have to aim. The term 'skill' is tossed around so much but as far as I can tell if you have 'skill then you have the worst loadout possible and still win with it. I don't give a damn how 'easy' it is to get my kills I just get them. Are you saying that if I sneak up behind someone and kill them before they turn round then I'm unskilled? I'm a complete douche because I can't formulate an argument and instead try and twist what others say to agree with me because there's no way if I actually listened to the other person I would have any chance of winning the argument because all I can't win so I try and find any reason what so ever to blame it on the other guy cheating rather than admit I suck.

I'm not going to close this thread yet, but let's steer this back on topic. There was already a Grenade Launcher thread that was closed due to devolving into petty insults and bickering, let's not see the same thing happen here, especially since this isn't a Grenade Launcher thread to begin with. If someone wants to start a new thread discussing the Pros and Cons of the GL (and if you guys can all pinky promise to play nice) that'd be totally fine, or you can always vent about it in the Venting area (again, as long as you play nice).

Of course not, it requires you to aim. I'm talking about spawning on a map pressing X and winning, there aren't any games that do that but that's what I mean

Not really. I traded the game in a few months back. Now and again, when I have my son for the weekend, he'll bring it and I may hop on in the morning for a bit. But now that Skyrim is out, and since I started playing Demon's Souls, which is one of the games I got when I traded BS2 in, that is going to be extremely rare. Last time I played a bit, I noticed the PS3 was pretty dead and you generally saw the same names game after game. It was pretty boring. Plus, like I said, I only played early. No one from around here is ever on that early.
