I am sorry to interrupt your personal Charlie Sheen moment, but that post, as with most of the posts you have seen fit to respond to, had nothing with you.

While I appreciate a good public display of a manic episode as much as the next guy, I am well aware that targets of insane rants come under as much scrutiny and criticism as the person who has clearly lost touch with reality.

So my response was to all the folks who implored me to stop trolling you, despite the obvious fact stated both by you and by me, that the only way for me to prevent you from hurling more insults at me on this board was for me to stop posting altogether.

After my own self-imposed censorship on the board, I decided. What the heck. If I am going to be banned for it anyway, I might as well START trolling you.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...

I used to be a weeabo. An otaku. Modded anime website, even. As such, I have had to stop a few flame wars here and there. Sometimes people listen to reason, and stop the fighting, or take it to a private place like a pm or 5, and then it's all good. Sometimes though, I had to resort to the ban laser. It happened when people just wouldn't give it up no matter how calmly you explained to them the following concept:

He was rude to you? Okay... Anyone reading the original thread will either be on one of two sides: the side of the people who think he was rude and that it was totally trollish and wrong, or the side that thinks everyone on the interwebs is rude and if you're going to hang there, you're going to have to come to terms with dealing with rude people. He said some things, and after that, you've said some things. And some more things. Okay. It has happened. But it is a few days later now, yes? And on every thread I've been to that he's been to, there you are. He pissed you off? This is clearly the case.

But at the current juncture, he is not following you around the forums, flaming you at every thread you visit. But you are, and you are not, as they say, making a good example of yourself. You are doing the "Do as I say not as I do" thing... you are starting to foam at the mouth visibly, and it is not making it easy to be sympathetic to your side of the argument...

Now, the thing is, Moderators are like parents. Once in the position, you cannot have fun on whatever place it is, like you used to. You can't occasionally misbehave, and so on. Being a Mod sucks, but this is beside the point. And I would bet my eyeteeth that like parents everywhere, the mods here (Codex are you lurking somewhere?) are getting to the point where they don't care who started it anymore, they just want the sniping and arguments to STOP, AND NAO. And right now, from where I sit, you are doing most of the instigating... and the mods, they are probably starting to think about it that way too...

Let it go. It might be hard, but let it go... if you want to appear the bigger man, then BE the bigger man and let it go. Because the further you go, the more trollish you are making yourself appear...

YOU! Cut it out. There are other, more fun things to do here... and you're not banned yet (at least you weren't 2 hours ago when you posted this) so try to keep it that way? Give it a try, huh? Think about something else. How about find out why the hell my "I am invading them" battle with Mongolia that was supposed to start 3 hours ago somehow turned into "The Mongolians are invading me" in about 12 hours? Cause that one is being a head-scratcher... did they sneak another "downdate" (the opposite of update, like when they reset the battle timer BACK to 10 hours for a day or two and NO ONE was ready for their wars or even online and people got uber-MAD)?
