View Full Version : Will the next patch solve your MP agony?

So, Greg has finally come out, and revelaed many (hopefully not all) of the MP fixed that devs are currently working on. With no focus on how long its been, and the state it is in now, do you think that this patch will adress your MP problems?
We'll have to see if it's really more stable and improves the lag during and between turns.
Sure is good news, I hope the custom save games allows for custom reloading of save game (civs assignments)...

Most important thing for me is diplomacy from AI in multiplayer... no point playing this game with a friend if there is no diplomacy.

We were waiting for turn based MP over here and we are very disappointed they didn't add that with this patch

You know all the patches could be avoided if you guys would just finish adding mod support to include multi player games. Hell we could fix the game our self. I haven't played in 8 months because you patches still don't address the major complaints. Only thing you did good so far was hot seat, allowing save, and making it so you can unend a turn. Strange all of that was really recent. So stop focusing all your energy on nerfs and buffs and get some real requested work done.

Still no animations in multiplayer?
Patch is already out and installed. Turn time is still the same, at least with the same savegame. Do I need a try a new game?
This is BEYOND ridiculous now.

There simply is no end to this. They don't care enough... our money is spent and gone. The only thing left to do for us is boycott this whole company from future purchases.

I like the new patch. (mostly the ability to do things after clicking "next", and saving/loading games is easier)

Even with their bet intentiosn there is so much wrong with multiplayer it cant be fixed with 1 patch
